    Lovely apt in Palermo

    Great location. Very clean. Terrace has an amazing view. 3 bedrooms and baths were very accommodating. Checkin and out were very easy. Very helpful hosts.

    Some stairs up to and inside apartment...fine for any ok with stairs. Parking was a few blocks away, but included!

    Gute Lage aber ungepflegt

    Sauberkeit

    Die sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung von dem sehr freundlichen Inhaber ist leider auch sehr ungepflegt. Ein genauer Blick unter die Betten und in den Badezimmern sagte Alles. Diese Dachgeschosswohnung wurde vor langer Zeit nicht fachmännisch sonder billig ausgebaut. Die Terrasse ist nett aber auch ungepflegt. Eine Wasserpumpe auf dem Dach springt Tag und Nacht an und verursacht ein nerviges Brummen, welches auch in allen Schlafzimmern laut zu hören ist. Der Stellplatz für das Auto ist 10min entfernt auf einem Sammelparkplatz, wo man seinen Autoschlüssel abgeben muss, weil das Auto dort ständig rangiert wird. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.
