    Πεντακάθαρο και με, σχεδόν όλα τα κομφορ πλην της απαραίτητης σίτας στα παράθυρα και τις μπαλκονόπορτες. Οικογενειακό και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Θα το συστηνα σε οικογένεια με παιδιά αλλά όχι σε ζευγάρια ή γενικότερα άτομα που θέλουν ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Η βοτσαλωτή στενή παραλία ακριβώς από κάτω, στα 10 μέτρα όπως και ο δρόμος.

    Έλλειψη σίτας, ησυχίας και ιδιωτικότητας.
