The communication before and up until check-in was excellent, the girls were very responsive and helpful. It’s also close to the mall

The apartment itself is decent, but nothing impressive, especially for the price. We stayed for 4 nights, and there are several areas that need improvement. The AC remote wouldn’t turn the AC on/off or allow us to change the temperature, so we had to keep unplugging and plugging it back in. The kitchen faucet is also very loose, you can’t use it without it turning toward the wall, causing the water to run onto the counter. We were three guests, yet the apartment felt poorly stocked. They were very stingy with the basics: only one roll of toilet paper, one small bar of soap instead of a soap dispenser, and only two tiny hotel-style shampoo and conditioner bottles. and just two mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen only had one small pot and one saucepan. I messaged the next day asking for a larger pot because the one provided was too small for three people, but received no response, which was disappointing given how responsive they had been before check-in. There is definitely room for improvement!
