    Layout was great.

    Carpets needed replacing a long time ago. Very stained and obvious signs of previous flood damage. Showers both leaked badly to cause water over the bathroom floors. Both shower heads were almost unusable as a shower and could only be used as a wand.

    By far one of the best apartment in Melbourne for a group! Nice views, very clean and spacious. Host was very nice & allowed late self check-in. Always was available via text
