  Excelente habitación con poco cariño

  La at nación del personal buscaron inmediatamente una habitación sin Moo.limparon los desagües de ducha y lavamanos que estaban medio que tapados.

  El Moo de las 2 habitaciones ofrecidas cuando llegamos.los carpets de los pasillos se ven sucios aparte de húmedos.No suman los consumos para presentar una sola cuenta a la salida.

  The A/C was not working properly in a deluxe suite and you call the lobby and nobody answers and when you get to the lobby there are 3 people talking instead of answering the phone

  Our 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration Was Completely Ruined by Megapolis Hotel!

  Our stay at Megapolis Hotel was an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel. We booked a Premium Suite with an ocean view and balcony to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Instead, we were initially given a room without a balcony, followed by another room with an unbearable urine-like smell. After hours of frustration, management claimed to have upgraded us to a Presidential Suite, but the room was simply the Premium Suite we had originally booked and paid for. The hotel was shockingly dirty. Our room was NEVER cleaned during our entire three-night stay. Towels were never replaced, toilet paper was not replenished, and dirty room-service dishes were left uncollected. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. The floors were filthy, as documented in our videos, and the coffee machine contained stagnant water, black residue, and old coffee remains. There were also serious payment issues. Our Booking.com confirmation stated that the card would be charged before arrival, yet the hotel insisted on payment upon check-in, despite the booking holder's attempts to resolve the issue in advance. Despite repeated complaints and emails, management never contacted us, apologized meaningfully, or offered any resolution, even by checkout. This experience ruined our special anniversary celebration. We have extensive photographic and video evidence. We request that Booking.com formally investigate this property, its hygiene standards, misleading room upgrade claims, and payment practices. We are also preparing a formal complaint to Panama's Ministry of Health. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a five-star property. We strongly advise against staying here.
