    Overall a great stay, and we’d happily come back.

    We spent five wonderful days here with our family and loved it. The location on the hill is beautiful and peaceful, and the apartment itself is spacious and modern across two floors, with great soundproofed windows, insect screens, and private parking. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there’s a lovely yard outside with its own playground that our kids really enjoyed. The host was kind and attentive throughout our stay.

    Two small things worth mentioning: the bed on the lower floor had a squeak that suggested something needed fixing, and the washing machine broke down the day we arrived. The host offered to let us do laundry at his home once, though since the apartment listing guarantees a washing machine, we’d have expected that offer to continue for the rest of our stay.

    The appartment was in a quiet little town 5 min drive away from Schladming. The Wilde Wasser hiking trail was just at our doorstep, making it super easy to hike, run and bike with our 5 year old. The place was lovely, we enjoyed the garden with opportunity for our son to play, having meals outside overlooking the Dachstein mountains. The owner lived right next door, was there for questions and was very nice. The house had everything we needed, and it was super comfortable, clean and new. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with oven, dishwasher and all utensils, even coffee and tea. Thank you very much!

    Everything was perfect, we would love to return! Our son didn’t want to leave!
