    Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in guter Lage

    Die Lage ist hervorragend. Innerhalb von 10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg ist man an der Promenade, in der historischen Altstadt oder im Stadtpark Marjan. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Hausherr Darko begrüßt einen freundlich und gibt eine Menge Ausflugtipps und erklärt alles gut. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man kann sich über eine Schiebetür sogar auf eine Terrasse setzen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genug öffentliche Parkplätze die kostenfrei sind.

    Alles hat gepasst, eigentlich kann man sich hier nicht beschweren. Einen Punkt musste ich abziehen, da ich an einem Abend einen Weberknecht im Zimmer hatte und an einem weiteren Abend so etwas wie einen Ohrenkriecher.

    appart très bien situé par rapport aux plages au centre-ville et à la colline Mejan parfait pour tout faire à pied !

    oui très bien situé et l’hôte très précieux pour ses documents sur la ville et sur la recommandation de resto

    on a tout apprécié juste un bruit intermittent mécanique d’appareil qui sera sûrement corrigé

    Great stay close to Split centre.

    Great location and host was super friendly and gifted us apples and grapes from his garden as well as a lovely lemon water. He had great suggestions for restaurants as well. We were under no pressure from him at all.

    Nothing except the lighting was very bright. Some dimmer lamps would have made the accommodation feel more relaxed, but this is minor.
