Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, die Lage der Wohnung und, dass ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand.
Es war in der Anreisebeschreibung für uns nicht ersichtlich in welchem Stockwerk die Wohnung zu finden ist und wie sie bezeichnet ist.

Klein und zentral, ideal für Städtereise
Es gab ein paar wenige Abstimmungsbedarfe, diese wurden aber sehr rasch und gut kommuniziert/geklärt.
Bett fanden wir zu schmal und unbequem. Sofa wirkte ungepflegt.

Sehr zentral gelegene kleine FeWo. Tiefgarage um die Ecke. Alles in allem ausreichend für ein Wochenende.
Im Hochsommer war es extrem warm in der Wohnung, der Ventilator hat nicht viel geholfen. Flur und Aufzug nicht sehr einladend.

In luftiger Höhe (5. Etage) dem (kulturellen) Leben Bremens so nah!
Zentrale Lage, über den Dächern mit Blick zum Dom, wohltuende Gestaltung/Ausstattung der Räume.
Das Bett war für 2 Personen zu weich. Wir sind nicht mehr gewohnt auf einer Matratze zu schlafen, die die Bewegungen jedes einzelnen auf die ganze Fläche übertragen.
