    Praticidade e acolhimento.

    Localização excelente, em frente à estação do metrô. Pertinho da praia de Copacabana e dá pra ir a pé também à praia de Ipanema. Espaço pequeno mas organizado, muito limpo, cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar roupas. Até cafeteira com cápsulas de brinde! Comunicação com a empresa administradora muito fácil e rápida. Check-in presencial com o Rogério que foi muito atencioso.

    Overpriced for the stay quality

    Privacy and location

    I got a room less than what I had booked. I wanted a normal double bed but was given a bunk bed. The host just told me point blank that there is nothing they can do about it. I could ask for a refund, but the property is not managed by booking.com so you pay via a link. The building was under heavy construction so much noise that you cannot hear your own music via earphones. And yes even on weekends. You are not warned about this before checkin. The bathroom also floods so you have like 5 min of good shower time. The only good part is I was late for checkout and was not penalised. However for the money I paid, it was a ripoff. Goodluck

    Nice clean studio between Copacabana and Ipanema

    Nice clean studio with fridge, washing machine, nice coffee machine and filtered water. Close to Copacabana and Ipanema. Subway station right in front.

    The bathroom was broke (when flushing the toilet the tap started running). Construction next door which made a lot of noise.
