Great location, very quiet and comfortable rooms to rest after a long day at the parks.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very nice and neat.
The shuttle that takes you to the parks has specific hours that are either after park opening and/or earlier than park closing. So if you plan to be early at the parks or want to stay for closing it's better to take an uber or your own vehicle. Also booking.com says there's free airport shuttle and there isn't, you have to schedule and pay a private pick up.

Not stying there again
location was good, pool was good.
Bathroom fixtures were loose and not well maintain. Toilet handle loose and stuck. Toilet top full of mold, never maintained. Couch very-very uncomfortable. pillows too big and hard. TV signal kept saying weak signal and cut off content. refrigerator was making a lot running noise.

The food at the restaurants was really not good. I had to return my poke bowl because the quinoa tastes old and the poke overall was extremely dry. I changed my plate for a quesadilla, it was the driest quesadilla I ever ate. The cheese was not melted, not hot and the chicken was dry and the tortilla was over cooked. They had no spicy sauce. The waitress was not kind from the beginning either. The chicken Milanese that my son ate tasted so bad too! Like fake chicken. The bar tender seemed totally overwhelmed! Bad food, bad service!
The ambience, the cleanness of the room, the laundry stations. Location. Very convinient! The pool is nice and the kids enjoy it very much.

O ambiente é bem bacana.
O quarto não correspondia a descrição do Booking. Não havia microondas, mesa refeição, nem cozinha, nem geladeira. Elevador 5 dias com defeito. Precisei de um late check out e só me deram 1 hora
