    It was clean

    Dear Booking.com Team, I would like to express my disappointment with the hotel’s luggage assistance service. Upon arrival, the hotel staff, housekeeping team, and bellboy refused to assist me with bringing my luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. Unfortunately, the same situation happened during checkout. Despite parking my car directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance at 8:00 AM, the staff again refused to assist with my luggage. This level of service is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a hotel where guests expect basic assistance with their luggage. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Best regards,

    das Zimmer hatte schon einige Macken, defekte Gegenstände werden nicht ausgetauscht. das Bad ist sehr dunkel. Leider was es auch nicht sehr sauber.
