    Đây là booking thanh toán tại chỗ nghỉ và tôi đã yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn VAT vì lưu trú này là để đi công tác, khách sạn cũng xác nhận là sẽ xuất hoá đơn VAT cho tôi ở thời điểm tôi check in và check out. Tôi đã để lại thông tin xuất hoá đơn. Tuy nhiên, nay tôi đã check-out hơn 1 ngày rồi nhưng khách sạn lại không hề xuất hoá đơn cho tôi. Đến nay sự việc vẫn chưa được giải quyết. Nếu khách sạn không giải quyết cho tôi thì Công ty tôi sẽ không hoàn trả chi phí này cho tôi. Sự thiếu chuyên nghiệp của đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn có thể khiến tôi phải bỏ tiền túi cho khoản lưu trú này trong khi tôi đi công tác. 😢

    Perfect hotel, location and staff

    What an amazing hotel!! I can’t find a single thing to fault. The room was just beautiful with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of food. The Sky bar cocktails were amazing. Their espresso martini is the best. The pool is a beautiful place to relax. The location is perfect. Shopping centre next door and a fantastic restaurant called Cozy literally across the street with the most delicious and cheap food. We also had access to the Executive Lounge which had delicious afternoon tea. The best part … the staff! They were all so friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favour and stay here when in Hue
