    Very poor

    It's a large apartment, central and was cheaper than everywhere else.

    After seeing the number of 10/10 ratings, I feel I stayed in a different place! Absolutely filthy, with black hairs all over the floor, especially the bathroom. The shower and toilet were badly stained, and there was toothpaste in the sink. There were greasy fingerprints on every window and mirror, and the balcony was littered with old rags, used tissues, empty crisp packets and cigarette packs. Even the rubbish container under the sink had old food attached. The cutlery was dirty, and the only large cup was badly stained. The kitchen utensils were sparse, which begs the question as to how a family could stay there? I contacted the owner numerous times, and to his credit he did deal with his cleaning staff. Unfortunately he didn't arrange for the apartment to be cleaned on the second day, but instead suggested I leave after two nights so he could clean it. That would have caused me a lot of rearranging my schedule. Definitely a poor decision to stay there on my part, but you get what you pay for
