The walking location to town is very good. The unit was extremely clean. The German Shepard, Lucky, is sweetheart. The owner was nice and accommodating.
It was difficult to find the house because Google maps is wrong.. and there was no sign indicating it was a guesthouse.

Great experience in the heart of historic Gyumri
The location is exceptional, the house very bright and spacious, well equipped, and the hosts are so kind, welcoming and attentive! I really recommend the place.
Turning on hot water was a bit tricky but later the procedure explained by the hosts - don't hesitate to ask. A second set of keys would perhaps make sense for a group like ours (two couples of adults).
