    Apartment was nice and the layout.

    The lack of timely communication from the host regarding checking out. Blamed us for lack of communication when this responsibility falls squarely on the host as laid out in the terms and policies. The property owner never provided instructions or arranged a method for us to pay this prior to our departure. They did not ask about our departure schedule, and because we had to leave very early in the morning at 6:00 AM to catch a flight, we left the keys securely inside the apartment. The owner only emailed us at around 8:00 AM that morning—two hours after we had already departed—making an in-person payment or key handover impossible due to their failure to communicate or coordinate checkout instructions ahead of time. The underground parking space was very challenging to park in as it was 4 levels below and extremely narrow.

    The apartment was new, all clean, very well furnished with comfortable beds, air-conditioning. In the kitchen we found all necessary. It is close to main street with shops and restaurants.

    Everything was excellent.

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful two-bedroom self-catering apartment in Mellieħa. The apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean.The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything we needed. Having fully functioning air conditioning for no extra cost in every room was an absolute lifesaver in the Maltese heat. A nice touch was our host, who meet us in person to hand over the keys and welcome us. The location in Mellieħa was ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to fantastic local restaurants ,the beautiful Ghadira Bay and to explore the rest of Malta, Gozo and Comino. I recommend this apartment and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a flawless holiday experience.
