central location, value questionable.
Convenient central location & newish duplex style modernist building. Well appointed for short stay.
The rates over a 1k per night for a two day weekday stay is hard to recommend to family or friends. The rough feel linen style sheets a strange selection, all-other interiors tastefully selected.

Great property and location
The location was great. If you use the back gate you just cross over the road and there is a coffee / cake shop. You are a 2 .minute walk to the shops and the beach is just a short stroll away.

Exceptional
Melo Studios is a fabulous place to stay. The facilities are amazing and everything you could need has been provided. Immaculately clean. The giant bath tub was awesome! Really convenient to walk to the cafes, shops, beach and restaurants.
