    Desaströs

    Absolute Enttäuschung. Direkt vor der Unterkunft haben wir eine große Baustelle vorgefunden, die offensichtlich seit einiger Zeit bereits Bestand. Weder die Bauarbeiten noch die massive Lärm- und Geruchsbelastung (die Straße wurde asphaltiert) wurden bei der Buchung erwähnt. Bereits morgens begann der Baulärm mit Lautstärken von deutlich über 70 dB. Hinzu kam starker Teergeruch. Fenster zu öffnen war faktisch unmöglich. Als wäre das nicht genug, erfolgte auf der Rückseite der Wohnung regelmäßig in den frühen Morgenstunden die LKW-Belieferung des Supermarktes mit entsprechendem Rangier- und Entladelärm. Noch schlimmer als die Zustände vor Ort war die Reaktion des Vermieters. Statt uns in irgendeiner Weise entgegen zu kommen, wurde verwiesen, dass sie für die Baustelle nicht verantwortlich wären und sich andere Gäste nicht beschwert hätten. Die Pflicht, über derartige und seit längerer Zeit bekannte Beeinträchtigungen vor der Buchung zu informieren, wurde vollkommen ignoriert. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb vorzeitig verlassen. Für uns ein vollkommen inakzeptabler Umgang mit Gästen. Absolut keine Empfehlung.
