Good Position near the French Quarter
Comfortable bed, nice size room. Emily was very helpful when we first arrived with suggestions for our visit. Hotel position was useful, just a short walk into the French Quarter.
First impressions were of a hotel that was rather worn and needed some work to spruce it up. Didn't quite look as we expected from online photos. Water pressure was not good and needed a contractor to look at the hot water so we could shower. It did eventually work. Breakfast offerings were not good. Expected better from a 4 * hotel at $400 a night.

Nice place clean and great location
I like the location and the value. Great pool and nice breakfast It's a beautiful mansion. Friendly staff.
I stayed in the rooms not attached to the house I would loved if I could've opened the door and walked directly outside, but maybe it's a safety issue since I wasn't inside the actual main house I wouldn't have to go into it to leave out if the door would've opened from the room.
