    The location is amazing. It's a three minute walk from St. Marco.

    There was only one mirror for the entire apartment and it was over the sink in the bathroom. There were no power strips to plug in more devices. In a smaller bedroom, we had to choose between a bedside lamp and a mobile device. Also, it's the third floor from the ground and the stairs are steep. It was fine without the suitcases, though.

    A great stay

    Staying at this apartment was a pure pleasure. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Marine was extremely helpful, and communication with her was excellent. The apartment has reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location is absolutely top, just a 1-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. I highly recommend staying at this apartment to everyone!

    Très bien situé à proximité de la place San Marco. Cela permet de profiter de cette magnifique place tôt le matin ou tard le soir avec beaucoup moins de touristes ! Rues proches avec de nombreuses boutiques mais l'appartement se trouve dans une rue plutôt calme (restaurants tout proches donc juste le bruit des personnes qui y travaillent dès le matin, notamment les livraisons). Bel appartement, spacieux, tout confort (climatisation+ ventilateurs) Chambre principale assez grande. J'ai adoré utiliser la petite cafetière Italienne sur le gaz! Échanges (en anglais mais je n'ai pas essayé non plus d'écrire en français) faciles et agréables avec la personne en charge de l'accueil par WhatsApp. Explications sur la localisation et l'accès très claires.

    L'éclairage de la cage d'escalier est vraiment à revoir : trop peu d'ampoules; elles fonctionnent mal et s'éteignent trop vite alors qu'on monte encore les marches. Heureusement que les smartphones disposent d'une lampe ! La porte d'entrée du bâtiment est très capricieuse et se ferme très difficilement (aucun problème en revanche avec celle qui donne dans l'appartement). Attention, il faut tout de même marcher un peu pour aller faire des courses au Despar (proche du Rialto). Prévoir un sac confortable pour transporter si vous faites des courses familiales. Un peu plus de place dans les placards pour ranger les vêtements aurait été encore mieux.
