The location. Just a few minute walk to Princes Street.
The tiny bathroom with the world's smallest sink with a tap that comes off in your hand. The stale smell of the apartment. The tv didn't work. The dirty and dusty front entrance. The £250 damage deposit is totally unnecessary. I took photos of all the bits of damage to the walls, the floor, etc. to make sure it couldn't be used against me. The wardrobe in the bedroom stinks, causing everything inside to stink, so I couldn't hang up any clothes. No access to the back garden was disappointing.

Very convenient to city centre. Comfortable and well supplied with all that was necessary.
I would not have termed it as luxury. A more formal explanation of the apartment and use of facilities would have been appreciated. Tumble drier door catch broken. No real explanation of refuse collections. Aside from that kitchen well supplied and clean. Bedroom comfortable. A good bedside lamp would be a good idea

Posizione comoda, bagno scomodo
