  This is an undeniably beautiful hotel right on Nilaveli beach, which is a stunning stretch of coastline and right next to Divinguru, so ideal if you’re going diving. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was comfy, but the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and like many reviewers say, the people working there don’t seem too interested in helping their guests (with the exception of one very friendly and helpful guy, who I assume was the manager). Overall, don’t let some negative reviews put you off, this is a gorgeous place to stay in Nilaveli.

  Un hôtel qui pourrait être cocooning mais beaucoup de points à améliorer

  Le manager était très gentil et aidant, le lieu est sympa

  La literie on dirait qu'il y avait des bêtes dans le lit ça nous grattait toute la nuit, en plus des moustiques mais les moustiques on y était préparé. le service petit déjeuner était long. Dommage

  The decor was very nice, lots of good photo opportunities.

  On the listing there was only one photo for the accommodation we chose based on being a couple with two teenagers, it was an exterior photo. The listing specified two rooms, there was no indication that it wasn’t at the location listed. The reality was that it was 300m further down the beach and not seafront, it was actually up a rough side street. Our driver dropped us off at Memos, after 30mins of a rather frustrating conversation with a female member of staffwho was constantly on her phone rather than checking us in. We told where the accommodation actually was and two Tuktuk’s appeared for four of us and our four suitcases. It wasn’t a two bedroom cabana as suggested, it was an open plan studio with an additional second bed on an open mezzanine. Neither of the fans in the room worked, only 1 of the A/C units worked. The white linen look is lovely but finding stains everywhere is not. A technician was dispatched but after an trying to fix the issue on a live circuit(we

  Beautiful beach! Very comfortable room and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is 10/10 recommended.
