    Good, but check in could be easier

    Big apartment with a nice kitchen. Television with netflix. 3 bathrooms. Nice location in Miraflores. The sheets on the bed where clean. Price for apartment was good.

    The floor made my socks black because it wasnt washed and there was crumbles on the floor from the last guest. The check in procedure was difficult. Was told to confirm by card details and then i got a message that this was scam. Than that it was necessary and the next day that it wasnt. Then i had to press a link to send my passport information. And then i also had to write passport information. Also had to ask for check in code for apartment, but got this only five minutes after check in time. So it was okay.

    O serviço de portaria (que não é deles e sim do prédio).

    Foi realmente inacreditável o que passei com essa acomodação. O processo de check in foi extremamente confuso. Não vou entrar em detalhes pq apesar de ter sido muito desgastante, não foi nem de longe a pior parte. Quando finalmente conseguimos entrar no apartamento, ele estava IMUNDO. Mas muito sujo mesmo!!! Poeira, sujeira no chão, cabelos por toda parte. Um nojo. Um de nós foi tomar banho enquanto eu tentava resolver a situação. Havíamos feito uma longa viagem e tido muita dificuldade com o check in. Só queríamos tomar um banho e descansar, e.... O ralo estava entupido e em três minutos o banheiro e parte do quarto estavam inundados. Com muita dificuldade conseguimos ser realocados. Tivemos que ligar para o booking para resolver a situação. O apartamento que nos mandaram tbm não estava totalmente limpo, mas estava bem melhor e habitável. Busquei resumir aqui o que foi um enorme desgaste. Horrível!!!
