    Good and pleasant stay.

    I liked the building itself, the staircase and the warm welcome. The location was also quite good. The room was spacious and quiet.

    The toilet does need some renovation and a good deep clean. The shower head is black and full of limescale. Under the bed the carpet is full of dust. Apparently, only the visible carpet was cleaned, as there was a considerable amount of dust under the beds. This is certainly not ideal for anyone with allergies. Considering the price charged, I was expecting a much higher standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, one of the towels, which was supposedly clean and neatly folded, already had brown stains on it, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, I expected better cleaning standards for the price paid.

    Punto d'appoggio per soggiorno ad Edimburgo.

    Posizione abbastanza centrale, nelle vicinanze di Haymarket. Camera piccola, arredata in stile "inglese" e con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e di notte molto silenziosa.

    Purtroppo la nostra camera confinava con il bagno comune. Fortunatamente gli altri ospiti non erano rumorosi. La stanza era al secondo piano, senza ascensore. Potrebbe essere un problema a chi ha difficoltà motorie.
