Es waren ein paar interssante Tage, Meran zu dieser Zeit eher schwierig / Durchschnittsalter 70+
Zentrale Lage, schöne große Wohnung, Parken in dieser Lage Luxus, gute Küchenausstattung !, Option Lebensmittel im Glasschrank vor Wohnungen, Aufzug ( Wohnung im 3. OG ), schöne Treppe, Bäcker um die Ecke im Hinterhof hat sehr gutes Brot ( muss bestellt werden - offen am Dienstag und Freitag Vormittag )
Licht im Bad / bei Nacht komplett hell ( über Bewegungsmelder ) Zu beachten, für Personen, welche beim Schlaf Ruhe brauchen eher zu belebte Straße. Restaurant um die Ecke - Asiate hier stimmen die Bewertungen nicht = meiden !

Schöne, helle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Grosses Badezimmer mit Tageslicht. Bequeme Betten. Lage top, weil man in fünf Minuten zu Fuss in der Laubengasse ist. Der Parkplatz ist ein Riesenplus.
Leider ist halt die Zentrumsnahe Lage auch mit Verkehrslärm verbunden. Das war jedoch der einzige Wermutstropfen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.
