  A peaceful and comfortable place in a good location, but there are quite a few things that could be improved I’m a solo traveller and I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and Airbnb-style apartments in different countries, including many places outside Europe. I always try to be fair and honest when I leave a review, so I’m just sharing my own experience here, both the good and the bad. What I really liked about this place was the peace and quiet. It’s genuinely very peaceful, and I really liked the garden outside. It’s a lovely little place to sit, have a coffee and relax. The location is actually quite good if you don’t have a car. There are cafés, mini markets and several beaches within walking distance. Depending on which beach you choose, it can take roughly 6–12 minutes on foot. You can also get the local bus into Chania and to places such as Agia Marina and Platanias. The room itself was comfortable and had pretty much everything you need. There’s a kitchen, a proper fridge, microwave, air fryer, cooking equipment and utensils, so you can easily cook for yourself if you want to. The owner was also a nice person and helpful when needed. THE WI-FI, HOWEVER, WAS BY FAR THE WORST WI-FI I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WOULD GIVE IT 0/10. IT WAS BASICALLY UNUSABLE. I’ve travelled to many different countries, including places outside Europe, and I’ve had excellent Wi-Fi in some very remote places, so this was honestly surprising to me. As soon as I went inside the room, the signal on my phone would drop completely and I couldn’t rely on the Wi-Fi at all. I also had a Greek SIM with full 5G signal, and my phone itself had absolutely no problem. With my UK SIM I also had full signal in the area. So from my experience, the problem wasn’t my phone or my mobile connection — the Wi-Fi at the property was simply extremely poor. If you need reliable internet during your stay, this is definitely something to be aware of. There were also a few other problems during my stay.

  The host was very kind, the apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

  Ne-am simțit ca acasă! Nu exista vreun lucru de care să ai nevoie și care să lipsească din locație!Aproape de plajă și de stația mijloacelor de transport. A fost un sejur minunat!
