    Good location, pleasant staff, comfortable bed and good service

    Traffic noise - our room overlooked the road and the road outside was quite noisy

    Could have been better.

    Good location

    Staff weren’t very informed of facilities. Hotel supplied cot with no mattress. I had to chase them to give me correct size of the cot so I could purchase my own as the hotel would not source one for us. Surely a safe sleeping space for a baby is important? We weren’t told about breakfast timings or location so we ended up missing it as it finished at 9.30am.

    Great but staff could be way more helpful

    Lovely very central and close to everything

    The property was brilliant But later in the evening I went down stairs to collect food and there had been a group of under ages kids coming through hotel behind me all congregated at the door with alcohol one girl was intoxicated and had wet herself her friend was shouting I don’t know what she’s taken then collapsed to the ground With having a wedding dance or some sort of event on I went and made reception aware as I thought best to contact police or ambulance as if that was my event and I went out for fresh air to see that wouldn’t be overly happy But 2 men at reception just looked at me shrugged there shoulder as if they didn’t care
