    Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff

    The room was comfortable and clean and the AC worked well. The pool was refreshing! Despite being on a busy street, the traffic noise at night wasn't too disruptive. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. We had an issue with the fridge in the room being very noisy and they swapped it out for us while we were at breakfast. The spread at breakfast was massive with so much choice and freshly made crepes, eggs and other items. The hotel is located in walking distance of some great eateries and a large Alfamart was just down the road.

    The bathroom was showing signs of aging and there were no bathmats provided. The towels are getting a bit worn out as well.

    Love it and will definitely stay again at Mercure Nexa

    The location was close to the event we were attending and close to all the places we visited, like Pasar Baru, Trans Mall, 23 Paskal Mall, and other malls. The breakfast food was superb. However, you might want to check if you can handle spicy food, since their sambal is very spicy. I would definitely come again and stay at Mercure Nexa.

    We had an issue where our room card didn't work twice. The spa massage beds could be improved by adding a face hole/face cradle. You certainly want comfort while having a massage.

    Location near bandar / town. Nearby good food.

    The room on pictures looks spacious but the wardrobe so small for my big luggage. Pillow is too soft even with 2. Room not big enough for Solat.
