    Impossible de dormir sur les 2 nuits, Chaleur excessive dans la chambre due a une climatisation arrêtée depuis sois disant une semaine,la réception nous propose d'ouvrir la fenêtre mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre a cause des moustiques qui rentrent dans la chambre, indigne d'un 4 étoiles, je ne reviendrai plus chez mercure.

    Hôtel bien placé, chambres confortables.

    Petit bémol sur le bruit des portes des chambres qui se ferment toutes seules en faisant beaucoup de bruit. La porte des WC grincent. Chambre sombre
