    Happy, helpful staff who made my stay extra special

    The member of staff who checked me in was really helpful. She could see I was struggling with a leg injury, so asked if I wanted to swop over my room, which meant less walking and accessible shower. The staff at breakfast were really lovely too.

    The lift was out of order, and as I had a back and leg injury, it would have helped with moving my luggage about.

    I couldn't fault anything.

    The breakfast was just right for me. There was an amazing choice so I could have anything I wanted.

    Chill and cosy

    Beautiful and large room with nice tv and amazing bed.

    My TV didn’t have any signal so I could use it. I’m sure the staff would have fixed it if I asked but I just used ChromeCast to watch YouTube which was all I wanted anyway :)
