    The staff did not register my car registration number to get complimentary parking charges. 1st exit have to pay rm7++, when I asked front desk, they said I need to intercom staff parking. 2nd exit during check out, staff parking via intercom said my car did not registered. rm13++ To avoid the hassle to go back to hotel lobby (I have kids in my car), I decided to pay the charges.

    I will definitely be staying here again.

    Everything.... The service... The receptionist was so friendly.. the bellboy was so helpful and friendly with my family..I kindly requested the bellboy for my checkout and although it took a bit of time due to many guests checking out, I truly appreciate their friendly attitude and service. Thank you for your understanding! The breakfast is the best... The chef even came to us and asked about our breakfast and even gave us something new to try... The parking was free for the hotel guests.. the room was so big.. they even provided microwave, rice cooker, utensils like pan and everything for you to cook, water filter and also washing machine.. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I am truly delighted with my stay! You can just walk to go to the Alamanda shopping centre.. got McDonald's downstairs of the hotel...

    It was a lovely stay.

    - The night duty officer Mr. Umah and the lady receptionist were very responsive, they were fully ready when one of my family member had to be brought to Putrajaya hospital. They arranged a wheelchair and called the ambulance. They were concerned, committed and responsible to take care of everything from beginning until we return from hospital. I am very grateful for the top notch service.

    - Breakfast spread was limited
