    Lovely spacious comfortable apartment rooms. Vicky the receptionist was extremely helpful with any queries or arrangements we required.

    Great location, lovely staff.

    Clean, stylish and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and professional.

    Only minor points - the corridors are a bit shabby and draughty, and not much of a view, but these really didn't matter as the room was comfortable and pleasant, temperature-wise.

    The location was fabulous. The staff were helpful in turning up the heating on the room when I couldn't figure out the controls despite an entire A4 page of instructions

    The heating control was ridiculously overcomplicated. I came away for a break, I didn't expect to have to train as a heating engineer to get warm! I couldn't get the shower temperature beyond tepid despite letting it run for a while. The pressure was also below par. The breakfast room was dark with many broken bulbs. It was also almost devoid of flowers and pictures. It felt like a retirement home dining room. It was also sad to see the lack of maintenance to the exterior of the original building.

    Enjoyable stay in a welcoming hotel.

    I enjoyed staying at The White Hart. I had a lovely, comfortable room with a really nice, modern bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, and in a nice location.
