    面对包裹遗失问题，酒店缺乏调查与沟通。

    这次入住整体体验不佳，因为前台处理包裹丢失让我非常失望。 该快递送达酒店时，快递公司提供的照片显示外包装是完整密封的。入住第二天酒店一度告诉我包裹找不到，入住第三天才将包裹送到我的房间，但外包装已经破损，里面少了商品，只有空盒。 整个处理过程中，酒店并没有积极配合调查，而是直接将责任归咎于快递公司，或要我直接问商家重发。没有认真回应我提出的疑问，也没有提供任何调查结果，只说没有监控，与他们无关。更让我无法和解的点是，这是我第二次入住这家酒店遇到包裹丢失问题，希望酒店能够完善代收和保管流程，避免其他住客遇到同样的情况。

    Disappointing and staff were not kind or helpful.

    The beds were comfy and it was nice to have restocked water and a few soda. The lobby had a nice area to congregate in.

    The staff at the front desk are horrible. I’ve stayed at many Mercure but this was a poor representation of the brand. The staff ignored used, wouldn’t greet us, couldn’t even crack a smile. On our last day when we extended our check out time by 1hr, they didn’t update our room cards so we were locked out and when we asked them to help, the lady said “she would let us into our rooms once we write a good review” and gave a small gift to try to bribe us. I explained I would give an honest review because I didn’t like the way she treated us. She immediately changed for trying to suck up to sullen again. I would not recommend this location if you’re not Chinese, they are not interested.
