  I had an excellent experience at this hotel

  I felt completely at home throughout my stay at Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France. The room was cozy and had everything I needed: a spacious shower with a hairdryer, a large wardrobe, a safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, a window and a balcony. The soundproofing was excellent. There was also a TV, a desk and chair, a bedside table, and a tea and coffee station with a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and sugar. The room itself was not very large, but it was practical and thoughtfully equipped. There were plenty of power outlets, both by the desk and on either side of the bed. The bed was large and comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable too. The room had carpeted flooring. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the bed linen and towels were clean. The reception is open 24/7, and check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. In the evening and at night, access to the hotel is secured with a key card. Coffee, tea and water are available in the lobby. There is a water dispenser with chilled and sparkling water, as well as a coffee machine. The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the train station, but at the same time it's not right on the station square, where there can be quite a crowd in the evenings. It's closer to the Petite France district and the famous Ponts Couverts. Strasbourg Cathedral is also within easy walking distance, about 15 minutes. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

  Perhaps the only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in my room. I believe that the more expensive room categories do have one.

  BON HÔTEL

  La proximité de la gare, la literie confortable, la très bonne occultation, c’était agréable de pouvoir dormir dans le noir, la grande douche avec les produits nuxe

  Notre chambre était finalement assez petite car toute une partie était en pente, il n’était pas possible de se tenir debout sur la moitié de la chambre, pas pratique, du coup nous n’avions pas beaucoup d’espace pour 2, très difficile de bouger la chaise de bureau pour accéder à l’autre partie du lit, elle était assez lourde, c’est vraiment dommage
