    Disappointed

    Breakfast was good

    I was disappointed with the service, particularly the receptionist’s attitude. I’m not sure whether a language barrier contributed to the issue, but the communication felt rude and unhelpful. There was no hot water for the shower on the night of my stay, but I was not informed when I checked in at 10 pm. When I called reception, the response was simply, “No hot water, yes,” before they hung up. The next morning, the receptionist asked about my stay. I raised the issue, but there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

    Broadly positive stay. Could do worse!

    Location very close to airport which was helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    Breakfast was ok - for a hotel of this standard, I felt it was below my expectations. Bread and coffee was good, but cooked options not amazing.
