Cheap , convenient and unwelcoming
Good location off motorway network
Dated property and very old fashioned rooms. Reception on check in was cold and abrupt

Cheap but sadly not cheerful

We actually couldn’t stay and left very late. Not clean, out dated and even hairs in the bed. Very disappointing.

excellent location . beautiful setting. will stay there again. Can not think why it was not full.
large well equipped bedroom with four poster bed. Good quality curtains/chairs. very comfortable overall. staff friendly and attentive. Bar menu good with prompt service and nicely cooked / presented food. very good breakfast in a relaxed newly renovated/decorated room. hotel overall well maintained and decorated in appropriate style. lovely garden areas.
woken early by central heating pipes springing into life very loudly.
