Nice stay, lovely staff
Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Room was comfortable and lift was available. Handy for Nobles Parkrun! Halfway along the Prom and up a hill, so walking/bus required to get to town or to railway stations. (Not a problem for us but worth noting)
Our room (102) was directly above the bar/restaurant so quite noisy - particularly the piped music in the evening.

Nice b&b that was comfortable, clean and handy for parking with nice breakfast
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices - especially smoked salmon and Manx kippers. The stand out employee was Kay who worked at breakfast and serviced rooms. She was a ray of sunshine - always smiling, pleasant and no request was too much trouble. There were always spaces on the road to park.
We had booked a double room with en-suite with shower cubicle. I was very disappointed to be allocated a disabled room with wet room bathroom. I told the male receptionist that I wasn’t happy with the bathroom but he just said. “It’s a wet room”. It certainly was as everything in the bathroom was soaking wet after we showered so we had to wipe everything down with towels 🙁

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gute Lage.
Das freundliche Personal. Die ruhige Lage. Die Nähe zur Promenade. Der sehr freundliche Barkeeper mit dem lichten Haar! Die anderen Gäste. Das leckere Bier vom Fass.
Wir waren im 3. Stock, das war doch ein wenig mühsam, da kein Aufzug vorhanden war.
