The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Transfers are available to and from Brisbane International Airport and Sunshine Coast Domestic Airport (charges apply). Please note that Two-Bedroom Apartments have 1 parking space, and Three-Bedroom Apartments have 2 parking spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.
