    A fun place to celebrate with friends.

    Really quirky large property right by the beach. Lots of room for celebrations. Lovely comfy beds. Fluffy white towels provided. A full kitchen with everything you could need.

    Mermaid Townhouse had an incredible location right by the seafront which was perfect for walking in and out of town as well as to the beach. We had a special weekend hen do here and it catered to all of our needs. Wells stocked functional kitchen and the house was spotless. Everything ran seamlessly with checking in and Kasia our property manager was so helpful. We loved the themed aspect of the house for the special weekend for the bride to be. Thank you for such a memorable weekend!

    Great stay!

    Gorgeous house, love the decor it was perfect for my sister's hen do. Comfortable beds and great location

    The guesty app is a bit of a nuisance, would be easier to just book through booking.com. it wasn't a huge deal but i couldn't view the check out instructions but hoping it was all ok!

    Great location, beautifully decorated and clean, a lovely place to stay!

    A group of 11 of us stayed for the weekend and Mermaid Townhouse was Perfect! The location is brilliant, only 10 mins walk to Brighton Pier, the property was immaculate and spotlessly clean, and we loved the Mermaid theme, each room was beautifully decorated, with quirky little touches through the house! The bathrooms were huge and the living space was very comfortable for all of us, there was even a little outside patio at the back. Finally, having a keypad with a code meant that check in was seamless, and super easy for such a large group of us to come and go all weekend - couldn't fault it!

    Very good

    We stayed here Friday to Sunday in August and thought it was good value for money, loved the decor and theme of the house, it was clean and tidy, had everything you would need, bedrooms were good sizes and downstairs bathroom was huge, it was an easy and smooth booking process with simple instructions on how to enter the property via a code on a keypad which was perfect as no worrying of taking keys out with you. The house is right near the beach and there is a local shop a 2 minute walk away.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

    You had to text on arrival for a security patrol man to come round and he stated no loud noise after 10pm but there was a poster in the property stating no loud noise after 10.30pm so this needs to be updated so that what is written in the house and what is being said are the same rules.The small patio was full of cigarette butts.The fire exit in the basement bedroom was blocked by ironing board, air conditioning unit and other stuff.
