    We had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Villa! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was good — it was peaceful and quiet, while still being close to the beach and 15 minutes car drive from Ayia Napa. The villa itself was spacious and well-maintained and equipped with everything you need, we especially enjoyed spending time by the pool. Everything was just as described in the photos. The communication with the host was also very easy and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Mermaid Villa 16 to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ayia Thekla. We would happily come back! ❤️

    Nice villa in Agia Thekla

    Nice villa with nice little pool, everything worked as expected, new and perfectly working AC units, rooms are well designed too. We had a good time there and the owners welcomed us nicely and communication was friendly and fast. The location is good, but you will need a bus, bike or a car to get to Ayia Napa in 10 minutes. Supermarket is 15minutes walk, nice beach near Ayia Thekla Chappel is 20 minutes walk.
