    Nice people in the hotel

    Facilities not properly maintained (sink blocked, ladder in the swiming pool almost fallen down...). People in Basilico restaurant not fluent in English, throwing the juice...

    3 star at best

    Not much

    Definitively not a 5 start, 3 star at best. Very dated and in need of refurbishment. Rooms were not comfortable and lighting was bad. Fridge leaked all over the floor in the middle of the night so had to move rooms. Issues with prebooked transfer from Bangsal port (the driver never arrived)
