Beautiful, spacious, waterfront perfect for families
This property is amazing! So many outdoor seating options, so much space for our family of 5 to sit together or have a quiet moment alone. It was wonderful to wake up each morning to the beach without having to leave the property, or when we would leave the main beach to be able to come home and recline in the shade of the villa and still be sitting beach side. The villa was clean and thoughtfully stocked. Even chocolate filled croissants and coffee biscuits left out for us. The host is a very generous person who was very genuine in wanting us to enjoy our stay. This villa is close to some amazing bakery's and unmissable Kastraki restaurant. We hope one day to be back!

Perfect views and sea made for a very relaxing holiday.
This property is all about the view and the beachside location; both are amazing. It was easy to access the warm calm sea from the steps at the front of the house. There is a kayak at the house which was really fun. There are numerous areas for sunbathing and sitting and lots of sun loungers and chairs. The villa has a unique character which we liked and well kept grounds. It is really convenient for the airport and driving into Kalamata only took 10 minutes. Was exactly like the photographs.

Memorable family holiday on the waterfront in Kalamata
We are a family of five with two young adults and a teen. We had a great family vacation at Nick's place in early July 2024. The location is incredible, with fabulous views and swimming at the door step. The property is very spacious, with plenty of lovely spaces to relax. We had a car which made central Kalamata reachable in five to ten minutes, and the lovely local bakeries reachable in less than two minutes. We went on an excursion to Messene one day, which all enjoyed very much. We also rented a small boat for a day. Nick was a great and very responsive host. If we're lucky we'll be back one day.

Four of us had a wonderful week in this exceptional house.
Exceptional house in a great location, great bedrooms and living-area, three wonderful verandahs, Nick was a fine host and gave helpful advice. Walk to a good taverna above the beach 500m to the south; car required to easily get into Kalamata.
