I have stayed at all William Gray hotels in Montreal and this was the experience I've had to deal with in terms of staff attitude. Never in my life have I ever been told "go away" after waiting to get my bags from storage. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel until management implements staff changes. I will not be looking to stay here again. The beds are also very uncomfortable.

A comfortable city hotel with a great location.

The location, the staff were very professional and helpful, clean rooms even though in downtown but not noisy
