    We booked and paid for four nights but left after two, leaving our belongings and keys behind. When we tried to return for the third night, we were told our room had been given to someone else, despite the booking being fully paid. When I asked to speak to the administrator, he literally told me to “fuck off.” There was some confetti left in the room and I was willing to clean it up, but I was denied access. Absolutely unacceptable service and a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place.
