The staff was very helpful and caring. We are unsure if maybe they are a new location as things like the washing machine

The staff was great and very communicative but we never saw any of them.

The area around the apartment was very dangerous and my girlfriend and I were attacked by a gang on our way home from a cooking class. The area around Department was also very loud and dirty. As the area around the loft is very unsafe and dirty. If you do stay at this location, be sure to take an Uber or a train directly from the loft to wherever you are going and do not walk the streets.
