    Exceptional service. Exceptional quality.

    Unbelievably luxurious! I didn’t expect it to be this good. A spacious room with an additional single bed and sofa, and a fridge! The staff were fantastic, made my stay really enjoyable. And because I was leaving before the canteen opened to catch an early bus, they packed a breakfast to go for me. Exceptional service.

    Excellent hotel.

    Great friendly, helpful staff, great modern facilities, excellent room, very clean, good wifi, very good breakfast options in a very pleasant environment; superb value for money. Very modern, very large shopping centre on the doorstep with many fast food outlets and better quality food options such as Nono. Good bus service into the centre, literally 1 minute walk from the hotel; (4 miles, 30 minutes, for 40 lek). Hotel will arrange a taxi and a taxi return from the centre with a reputable company; taxi is about 700 lek each way; free parking, but it maybe tricky to find when you first arrive; we approached by hire car from Berat and wanted to avoid driving in central Tirana. Encountered several good, friendly Albanian people who provided help when we needed it.

    Nothing to add here apart from a group of noisy, inconsiderate Japanese tourists who left at 6 am one morning without a care for other guests!
