We hope the check-in instructions are made much clearer for everyone moving forward.

    Clean and good location

Extremely disappointing check-in experience. We arrived at 4:45 PM (within our scheduled 4:00–5:00 PM check-in window), but the receptionist had already left and no staff was available. We received no instructions from the owner on how to retrieve the keys, despite completing the online check-in. Finding the lockbox required walking left from the main door, entering unit C20/81, and navigating two doors without any guidance. We were locked outside for nearly an hour because nobody answered our phone calls and messages sent through the booking app went unanswered. We were only saved by a helpful building resident. Owners must ensure reliable communication and support—being a traveler and left stranded with zero backup is unacceptable.
