  Probably the easiest 10/10 I’ve ever given

  We stayed at Mettahouse for two weeks and absolutely loved it. My parents live in South Africa and we’ve been frequent visitors to Cape Town over the years, so it’s an area we know and love. Mettahouse was a fantastic base for this trip and somewhere we’ll definitely choose again on future visits. The house is spacious, comfortable and really well equipped for a longer stay. The TV and streaming options were great for quieter evenings, and I particularly loved having the treadmill although running on a treadmill with those views has rather ruined the view from mine at home! Richard was a fantastic host, friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive, and full of useful local knowledge and recommendations. He even put us in touch with a friend for motorbike hire, which turned into another great part of the trip. Mercy was wonderful too. She looked after the house beautifully throughout our stay and was always so friendly and lovely to have around. We did a huge amount during our two weeks, but Mettahouse was somewhere we genuinely enjoyed coming back to at the end of every day. Cape Town has always had a special place in my heart and I’m never quite ready to leave. We’ll definitely be back, and Mettahouse will be our first choice for future visits.

  Das Mettahouse CT ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Die Einrichtung ist sehr individuell und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine wahnsinnige Aussicht, sogar vom Hot tub und Sauna! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus von Richard nur weiterempfehlen.

  Буквально все. Очень красивый и большой дом. Мы отдыхали в августе, в доме есть камин, газовый обогреватель , теплые простыни- ни дети, ни взрослые не мерзли. В доме есть все необходимое, нет стиральной машинки, но есть помощница по дому, которая можем постирать и погладить вещи. Уборка каждый день. На территории есть барбекю, сауна с потрясающим видом и горячий чан, где можно греться зимними африканскими вечерами.Езе есть бассейн, но это уже оценим, когда вернемся летом.Месторасположение удобное, 15 минут до пингвинов , 30 минут до Мыса Доброй Надежды.3 полноценных спальни, большая кухня-гостиная! Спасибо огромное, Ричард, нам у вас очень понравилось! Это пространство, в котором царит уют и гостеприимство. Обязательно вернемся.

  Outstanding property with spectacular views

  Beautifully situated house with spectacular views, equipped with everything you could possibly need. After long days of sightseeing, we really enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The house is an ideal base for exploring the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands. Everything was spotless and made us feel completely at home. Richard is a very helpful and attentive host. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!
