    Gute Lage. Ein Garagenplatz ist immer ein großer Pluspunkt. Ordentliche und saubere Wohnung. Gibt nichts daran zu bemängeln.

    Localização, cama confortável, contacto com o proprietário. Lugar de garagem. Serviços à porta.

    Forno muito sujo. Limpeza parece ser mais superficial, dado que há muito pó em candeeiros e outros objectos. Casa de banho com cheiro que parecia tabaco (acredito que venha pelo ventilador de outro apartamento). Acesso à chave trabalhoso.

    + ubytování bez snídaně + dobrá poloha ubytování = širší centrum + blízká dostupnost = obchody, kavárny, metro, určitě i klidná lokalita + vybavení bytové jednotky + prostornost + parkování v bytovém domě

    - nepohodlná přistýlka - nevyhovují páková stojánková baterie u umývadla = velmi krátké ramínko
