    Awful

    Position. Beds comfy. Quiet.

    Fag butts rubbish weeds and skip to greet us. Smell of damp nearly knocks you over as walk in. Floor brush abandoned and hair straighteners left on floor. Huge cobwebs behind furniture and every corner. Front room heater not working. Damp all down wall. Stained couch, stink of animal urine. Stairs dust all up them, bathroom, mould along bottom of shower screen cobweb in bath. No lampshade just bare lightbulb. Bedroom, holes in bedding, flies on windowsill and cobwebs behind bedroom chair when i tried to move it. No damp thankfully. No instructions for anything. Windows dowstairs filthy and when you open windows to air damp smell you have bins from two cottages to look at that stink. A feeling of somewhere not looked after cracks and plaster missing just a huge dissapointment.

    Lovely cottage but cold, crazy access arrangements and unhelpful agency.

    Well equipped and furnished. Good sized rooms. Central to village

    Ridiculous registering system. Couldn't get access code until one hour before arrival but no signal in the village. Had to find a pub and ask to use their WiFi do we could access cottages access code. Why did they require photos of driving licence and my face? House was cold on arrival. Storage heaters didn't come on for either night. Difficult to contact the agency. It took several phone calls and then they couldn't help. I would steer clear of Pillow Partners in future.
