    Misleading

    The view.

    The listing was misleading and did not accurately represent what we booked. We specifically searched for a property with three bedrooms, but upon arrival, we discovered there were only two actual bedrooms and a small office with a pull-out bed. An office with a small pull-out bed should not be advertised as a third bedroom. We booked this property expecting three proper bedrooms, with adequate space and comfort for everyone. Instead, we were left with sleeping arrangements that were not what we paid for or expected. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Guests deserve accurate descriptions when making reservations, especially when the number of bedrooms is a deciding factor. Had the property been accurately described, we would have chosen somewhere else. Very disappointing and definitely not what was advertised.

    Exceptional

    A clean unit, with the view towards the north as an amazing 180 from the top floor. We loved opening the full size sliders in bedroom and living area for the ultimate breeze. The condo was completely furnished, and the gym had a direct view of the monument with a through breeze. The downstairs security staff was pleasant. 4 min walk away from the highest rated car rental in Guadalajara. OXXO directly across the street for snack/light meal items. Internet and TV functioned well.

    The kitchen could use more items to be a fully fitted kitchen, with standard supplies of coffee and laundry soap.
